The first grade team has chosen to work with teaching artist Rhona Taylor for this year's Art Start project.
Rhona will introduce to students to collaborative storytelling and acting with a theater based project linked to the classroom science curriculum about weather. Each class will focus on one element of weather in their collaboration. The schedule that has been set by the teachers is as follows:
Mrs. Domalick - Sun & Heat - Fridays, 10:40-11:25 Feb 19, 26, March 4,11, 18, 25th
Mrs. Vincent - Wind - Fridays, 1:15-2:00 Feb 19, 26, March 4, 11, 18, 25th
Ms. Cairns - Snow - Thursdays, 1:15-2pm, Feb 18, 26, March 3, 10, 17, and 24th
Mrs. Pecora - Rain - Mondays, 1:55-2:45 Feb 15, 22, 29, March 7, 14, 21st.
