Making blanket drive a reality...

On Thursday, the girls in Troop 41589 made beds and set tables for the Housing Forward homeless shelter. They practiced good cleanliness and were careful with the glasses and silverware.

They learned 12 children under age 12 would be there that night, and brought socks, underwear and warm things for them. They provided 55 pairs of socks for the adults too.

While making beds they learned that there were not enough blankets. It made the Mann blanket drive a reality.

We are SO proud of all that the Daisy's are doing! :)
